The Town of Moraga is a semi-rural community nestled in the East Bay hills and located 4 miles southeast of Highway 24. A beautiful old estate with close ties to Town history and the Rheem Company, the Hacienda de las Flores, provides event and wedding space year-round. The Town holds an annual Pear festival celebrating our agricultural history, part of the California Independent Film Festival, and other regional events. The Town hosts the St. Mary’s College of California campus, a historic theater building from the mid-1950s, and provides many opportunities for work, study, and relaxation for residents and visitors alike.
