Soledad is located in the heart of the Salinas Valley, surrounded by rich, agricultural fields, agricultural processing plants, vineyards, and cattle ranches. The City of Soledad is also home to Mission Nuestra Senora de la Soledad as well as Pinnacles National Park. The one-sided main street parallels Highway 101 and has an early California look.
