Exchange LA is located in The Pacific Stock Exchange building in the Historic Downtown Core. Built in 1929, this Art Deco masterpiece has many visually dynamic looks. The nightclub is ultra modern/tech-rich. Deco motifs are found throughout on balustrades, moldings, cornices, and large-scale lighting fixtures. The front facade and surrounding area can double for New York City or 'back East'. The back alley area looks gritty/industrial/urban with a period fire escape. The basement has a 1930's vault, and period boilers, large machinery, and eerie passageways that are very atmospheric. The surrounding exteriors have many rich 'big city' visuals.

site condition:
The night club has stations used as prepping areas by bar tenders and porters. These stations include ice machines, counters, storage area for beverages, including liquor rooms, used to store and lock up liquor supply. Both types of areas are available for filming. Since no food is served the space is not equipped with a full kitchen.
