Expo Lawn East & West
Expo Lawn East and West are two expansive grassy areas located adjacent to the historic Rose Garden. A stone‑lined pathway featuring original 1984 Olympic benches runs between the lawns, creating a scenic pedestrian corridor for visitors and event guests.

Expo Lawn East
Approx. 50,837 sq. ft.
Expo Lawn East includes a distinctive rock and boulder garden located near the center‑east side of the grounds. This area is accessible from the interior road Kinsey Drive, offering convenient access for event load‑in and operations. The lawn also features a large, mature Moreton Bay Fig tree with prominent above‑ground roots, adding natural character to the space.

Expo Lawn West
Approx. 50,930 sq. ft.
Expo Lawn West sits adjacent to Victory Walk, providing a natural connection to one of Exposition Park’s most iconic pedestrian routes. Like its counterpart, the West lawn includes a mature Moreton Bay Fig tree over 100 years old, contributing to the area’s historic landscape.
Both lawns run parallel to Exposition Park Drive and the Rose Garden, with the USC/Exposition Park Metro E Line Station located directly across the street for easy public transit access.
