Christmas Tree Lane (CTL)
Christmas Tree Lane (CTL) is a versatile outdoor event space featuring open grassy lawns, mature trees, and classic light posts. The area is divided into two sections—CTL East and CTL West—separated by an iron gate fence that borders the ramp leading into the Blue Structure’s lower-level parking garage. Each section offers its own layout, atmosphere, and event possibilities.

CTL West
Approx. 11,180 sq. ft.
Located directly across from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Peristyle and BMO Stadium Plaza, CTL West is the smaller of the two spaces. Its central position and compact footprint make it ideal for intimate events, brand activations, and pre‑event gatherings.

CTL East
Approx. 76,587 sq. ft.
CTL East is the larger portion of Christmas Tree Lane and sits across from the Blue Structure and BMO Stadium. This area is home to Los Angeles’ oldest palm tree, adding a unique historic landmark to the landscape. CTL East is bordered on three sides by a roundabout road, offering convenient access and natural perimeter definition for events.
