Site Condition: Access to electricity. Free parking for bookings of 8+ hours. Maximum capacity is 20 persons - if you need more please ask. Parking: street metered parking available (free after 6PM), outdoor parking lot available right behind the building with alley access, indoor parking available at the end of the block inside the Cooper Building. Special arrangements can be provided - please ask. Operating hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday *** 9:30 AM - 5 PM Sunday. Anything outside of operating hours will require an extra $20 per hour, cash to be paid to onsite manager. Please note: Slight changes from the photos - mainly the graffiti has been removed, and the walls are now painted clean.
