Smidgemore is our endearing name for our 3 acres parcel on the gorgeous northern California coastline. Our property has over 700 feet of coastal bluffs along the edge. It's a minute north of the town of Mendocino and is surrounded by park land, boarding with the Russian Gulch State Park. A very private oasis on a dead-end road. The property consist of a vacant small house and a shed. Both are in disrepair, but the grounds are phenomenal.
It is perched within sight of the Mendocino Headlands across the bay. A path will take you down a 27-step concrete stairway to our private beach cove, a viewing platform, and several large rock formations with a potentially dramatic flare! Back on the bluffs there are picnic tables, benches, and a charming fire pit to gather around for some cooking or to enjoy a mesmerizing fire. A rare piece of land.
