The Woman’s Club of Hollywood's spacious historic property with multiple buildings and 100+ car parking lot which is available for all of your filming needs!​ The property is self-contained.
The driveway leads to the rear parking lot which is large and spacious with room for over 100 cars, honey-wagons, wardrobe, and other production vehicles. Ideal for Basecamp or crew parking.
The main 1947 Clubhouse includes the 2,820 sq. foot auditorium with hardwood floors, has a full stage, backstage area, and scene dock. It can be used for interior shooting, and has also served as wardrobe, crew, or production base as well as craft services.
There is a charming 1,200 sq. foot salon/lounge with two glass French doors with three sets of double-doors leading to the building's original grand entrance. A vintage Ladies Powder room is off the lounge, as is a private kitchen.
The 365 sq. foot foyer leading off the front entrance can also be closed off as a lobby area.
Upstairs is a 650 sq. foot studio/board room with several large windows on two sides. This is often used for classes, dressing rooms, a green room, or to tape auditions.
Clubhouse also includes large a commercial kitchen (once used as Frankensteins laboratory!)
There is a separate two story 1903 Craftsman style school house. (originally the Hollywood School for Girls where Jean Harlow was a student!) A 1915 stand-alone cottage/classroom plus another small classroom. 80 space car park.
