Site Condition: Modern office building with spectacular views of downtown Glendale. This office building with views can sub for New York, Chicago, London or any financial center in the world. We have adjoined parking in our smaller lot and have a 3 story parking structure with one level that can be rented for parking just across the street. When filming here it is the same as filming on a giant sound stage. There are none of the parking issues of filming in downtown Los Angeles. There is street parking for trailers also. We can accommodate and also have additional space for make up and wardrobe either in our conference room or we have additional 5000 square feet that can be rented for dressing rooms and make up and wardrobe. We can accommodate 100 for filming and parking. Parking will come with the building when you rent to film. Filming in parking lot is allowed on a case by case basis.

Usage Restriction: Building is available 24/7. After 10pm there is additional charge for AC. Lobby is best to shoot after 5pm or all day on weekend. Rooftop is higher fee and added insurance coverage of 3 million
