The Bunny Ct. property is located in the quiet community of Hart Flat, in Keene CA. Just 35 minutes from Bakersfield and Tehachapi. Beautiful views of the mountains. 6 acres of land. Lower lot has plenty of trees. Upper lot has large cypress trees near the gate and several pine trees. Terrain isn’t flat, must take the trail down to the lower lot. Early morning fog/low clouds happens quite a bit in the winter. Property does get some snow in the winter. Property does not have a landscaper, and is often unkempt. I visit the property maybe once every 3 to 4 months. Can fit multiple RV/trailers on the asphalt driveway. Lots of wildlife to be seen ranging from squirrels, to deer, an occasional local owl, and a range of birds.
