Nichols Canyon is a historic neighborhood above West Hollywood, lying between Laurel and Runyon Canyon. Zorada Drive is an offshoot in Lower Nichols Canyon, an easy three-minute drive from Hollywood Boulevard. The location is uniquely positioned with easy 24-hour street parking, beautiful vistas, and quiet shooting locations. The house itself was built in 1959 and was one of the original homes in the area. It has 270-degree views of the canyon and very few neighbors.
