Home is located in an exclusive part of Santa Ana where homes are all ranch-style. There's wide streets, lots of greenery and most neighboring streets are award winning - Fisher Park and Floral Park. Neighbors are film friendly as long as we notify them ahead of time. Driveway is large enough to be used as video village, holding, catering, cast holding, etc.
Again streets are wide and practically empty so production trucks will have plenty of space to park.

Home has minimal, organic style and is pet friendly and children friendly. Home is also available for overnight stays if needed.
