Auditorium: This auditorium is usually used for church services, but would work for a boarding school scene or anything with a more serious, old school look. There is a small mezzanine with more seating. Wood panels in the side walls, chandeliers, stained glass windows adorn the place. And there’s even a large water stain on one wall giving it an older vibe. The arched ceiling is high, with wooden beams running criss-cross.
Small Auditorium with stage and balcony: This small auditorium has a lot of natural light coming from stained glass windows. It opens toward a beautiful courtyard. There is a small balcony for facing the stage. Concrete columns, some barred windows in the back of the room. Adjacent to it is a kitchen that can be rented out separately, as can the courtyard.
Beautiful Courtyard with Fountain, Trees, String lights: This church courtyard has an old functional fountain, all sorts of plants and trees, and string lights hung over the top. On two sides, there are beautiful stone walkways under arches, leading to various spaces in the church. There are lanterns hung from the ceiling under those archways, and a small mural over the doors that lead to the church hall. One walkway has large windows and doors on the side looking into the building. The other has the gate toward the street. Finally, in a corner there are creepy stairs leading down to the basement.
Classroom/Basement: This classroom is fully decorated by kids with painted murals, doors, string lights and lanterns. Non-traditionally it is also in a basement. It has concrete walls and floors. Carpets cover most floors. It is furnished and has many kids games and books. L-shaped, the back corner has a sink, green and pink walls and a potential horror-ish vibe with a couple of basement windows. The room is attached to other parts of the basement that can also be rented at an extra fee. There are several spaces in this basement. One is a colorfully decorated elementary school classroom (full with murals, drawings, colorful lanterns and carpets). Two windows in the back of this L shaped room. Another has a green children’s painting along all walls (large room), very high ceilings and windows on one side. The third is a creepier interrogation scene type room (this one has some sound issues). All three are concrete walls and floors, open pipes in the ceiling etc. Perfect for horror.
Old Two-Story Lobby
Small Commercial Kitchen: This kitchen has a four burner stove, large fridges, working surfaces, two sinks. There are windows on two sides with bars on them. It is used by the church it is a part of, but could easily work for a boarding school setting or any other smaller kitchen used commercial type kitchen scene.
Large Ground Floor Meeting Room with Fireplace: This room is on the ground floor. It has an old fireplace and works perfectly for support group meeting scenes or it could be designed as a room in an old boarding school, church or other type of older building. It has a cold-ish atmosphere. It has large windows overlooking the courtyard and carpet on the floor.
Second Floor Meeting Room with Piano, Fireplace, and Balcony: This room is perfect for meetings, small rehearsal scenes, or could be converted into an academic or music office. There is a large balcony with a fire escape, overlooking the back of the building. Small stairs on one side of the room lead up to a door. The fireplace is currently decorated with portraits. The piano can be used at an additional cost. There are windows on two sides. And there is a short walk-in closet space as well as an adjoining bathroom. Furnished with chairs and a couch, the floor is carpeted.
Academic Office with Library and Fireplace: This large room can be rearranged but is currently divided into a sitting area, a desk/office space, and a TV corner. There are carpets on the floor and a lot of comfortable furniture. One wall is entirely covered by a bookcase as well as an old fireplace. This is on the th
