Our Vintage Schoolhouse was built in 1891. The location surrounding our home is rural, the home is on a private dirt road, surrounded by Farms to the left and homes to the right on large parcels, so it is very private. Behind us, our neighbors have horses. The location is only 8 minutes from the beach and to town. The nearest beach is considered 'The Oceano Dunes' where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. Other close beaches are Pismo, Shell, and Avila. The closest Lake is Lake Lopez. Other nearby attractions are Morrow Bay, Cayucos & Cambria. Just south of us is Los Alamos, Los Olivos & Santa Ynez. Our location is approximately 1.5 hours north of Santa Barbara, 3 hours north of L.A. & 3 hours south of San Francisco.
