Built in 1941, the 2300 square foot hall features wood beams, chandeliers and hardwood floors. At one end of the hall is a 324 square foot stage with a grand piano. The other end of the building has antique furniture that is used as a bar. Adjacent to the hall is a kitchen and restrooms. The building is located on a residential street, lined with mature oak trees. In the rear is a private parking lot. Owner is open to minor alterations.
