Usage Restriction: Rules: Permitted Areas Only Access is limited to pre-approved areas of the property. Any off-limits areas are strictly prohibited unless previously arranged. Capacity Limits Total cast and crew on site must not exceed the agreed capacity. Noise Control Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially during early morning or late evening hours. All noise levels should comply with local ordinances. Setup and Takedown Times Setup and takedown times are included within the rental hours. Any time outside of this will incur additional hourly charges. Parking Regulations Parking should be limited to designated areas on the property. Do not block neighboring driveways or access roads. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use provided ashtrays and dispose of all cigarette butts appropriately. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles and portable heating sources, are prohibited indoors unless explicitly approved. Protective Measures Protect floors, walls, and furniture with proper coverings during equipment setup or heavy movement. Furniture should not be moved without prior permission. Trash and Recycling All trash and recycling must be properly disposed of at the end of the shoot. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in disarray. Power Usage Please use the property’s electrical systems with care, as they are designed for regular residential use. Generators may be required for high-power equipment. Bathroom Use Use of bathrooms is limited to specific restrooms only. Production may consider renting portable restrooms for large crews. Pets and Animals Animals are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved and accompanied by necessary permits. Damage Responsibility Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. The production team will be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs. Security Deposit A security deposit is required and will be returned after a satisfactory inspection post-shoot. Insurance Requirements Productions must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the property owner as additionally insured, with a minimum of $1M in liability coverage. Overtime Fees Overtime fees apply for any hours beyond the agreed time, billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
