Mountain Top Hacienda 3 acre olive ranch with a very small and growing vineyard nestled among majestic California Coastal Live Oaks, Ancient Cacti, and Boulders that rival National Parks with spectacular views of the Palomar Mountains to the North East.

The ranch offers an abundance of locations in which to do photo shoots in privacy away from the public eye. In addition, we are now opening the property up to film for your movies and commercials.

There are various gardens throughout which offer you various settings for your shoots:

1. Southwest Desert Setting - You can place your models/actors/subjects on top of or in front of boulders, near cacti or even in a cactus garden, which gives the feel of a southwest desert in Arizona or California
2. Oak Trees with Spanish Moss - give the feel of the deep south with Spanish Moss blowing in the breeze from majestic oak trees
3. Romantic Gardens - with cafe tables and seating for 2 overlooking the Palomar Mountains
4. Yurt - with moroccan pillows and rugs which gives you a setting of being away in Joshua Tree
5. Outdoor Shower - allows you to film models enjoying showering outdoors in a private setting overlooking the mountains in a "Joshua Tree" style setting
6. Interior of the Spanish Ranch House - which is decorated beautifully in an eclectic mix of southwest US, collectibles, wood furniture custom designed and made in Costa Rica, Mexican blankets, Navajo pillows, and a Mexican pyramid fireplace
7. Landscaping and Landscape Lighting - allows amazing ambient setting for filming from sunset and into the night.

LOCATION:
Hacienda 6 Palms is in Hidden Meadows in North San Diego County. It is off the 15 off Exit 37 on Mountain Meadow Road, which 2 exits north of Escondido, about 25 minutes south of Temecula, 25 minutes east of Oceanside, and 25 minutes north of San Diego.

1965 CADILLAC:
Shooting here gives you access to shoot inside our Aunt Ella's 1965 Black with Red Leather interior Cadillac Coup de Ville Convertible along with access to select 1960s wardrobe.

1977 VINTAGE REVCON BUCKINGHAM 290:
Shooting at Hacienda 6 Palms also gives you access to shoot inside Karl the Campervan, our 1977 Vintage RevCon. It's a total time capsule! Comes with access to our 1970s select wardrobe.

BATHROOM:
There is a bathroom inside the house next to the kitchen which can be used.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is large and would make a great location for a cooking show.

CHANGING ROOM:
There is a Guest Bedroom which photographers and models typically use as their staging room and changing room.

BBQ GRILL:
There are several BBQ Grills on sight which can be used to cook and prepare meals as well as to be included in photo shoots.

TEAK TABLES:
There are several teak outdoor dining tables outside which can be used for enjoying meals and for photo shoots.

FIRE PITS:
Outdoor fires using natural wood are not allows since we are in a high risk fire zone unless it is the winter rainy season and the conditions are wet. Propane fire pits and fire pits using synthetic logs are allowed year round.

FIREPLACE:
The fireplace would make a place for romantic scenes sitting by the fireplace.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is a well designed elegant mixture of mountain top ranch mixed with eclectic modern, and custom designed by me future made in Costa Rica of Guanacaste wood. There are Mexican blankets throughout which makes it a colorful location to shoot.

SONOS SOUND SYSTEM:
Inside the house there are Sonos speakers which can be used.

POOL:
Right now there is no pool. But, I am working on it and plan on building an infinity pool with mountain views.

POOL TABLE:
While I don't have a pool yet. I do have a pool table in the garage which can be used on breaks and for shoots. If yo
