The MPTF Wasserman Retirement Campus in Woodland Hills is available for basecamp (using the parking lot and gravel area on the south end of their property), and/or for filming.
There are beautiful locations and gardens as well as a gym, and aquatic center, a vacant medical patient room wing, conference rooms and a movie theater with a stage. The site is 27 developed acres at the edge of Woodland Hills and Calabasas.
This historic campus was established in 1941 as a home for people who have retired from the Entertainment Industry. The residents thrive from the excitement of having outside productions on campus. This is their home, so there will be certain considerations we ask for their safety and convenience.
