This is an old 4 BR, 2 BA craftsman built in 1913 in very good condition. It's under the Mills Act which means the exterior resembles it's original look and design. It's on a corner lot with plenty of parking. I just remodeled the back yard to include a hot tub and some additional landscaping but the back yard also has a wonderful large old peppercorn tree above a fire pit and an apricot tree next to it with a small garden on the side of the house.
