Located 14 Miles west of Lancaster, nestled next door to the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve sits our 11 acre ranch property with sweeping views of the Antelope Valley and surrounding mountains. With no neighbor for 2.5 miles, our location feels like a ranch covering thousands of acres. From the spring flower growth to the golden summer, our desert ranch stays beautiful year round.
On-site we have a three stall run-out corral barn with hay storage, large horse coral with three-walled shade structure, a tack building with front porch, and the farm house. The rear of the property is fenced with beautiful wood dowel fencing and includes a perimeter fence and cross-fencing which creates a 96' x 200' arena, a horse coral and a large near two acre turnout. The front of the property includes a new professionally installed barbed wire fence for the two cows currently on-site.
The home is a 2,000SF ranch style home with 2/3 wall paneling throughout and charming farmhouse details. Oilpipe hitching posts are strategically located at the tack building and the front of the house.
