It is located one block from one of San Francisco’s premier park, Lafayette Park. It was the film location, in April 2011, for the PBS documentary series American Masters Film, “John Muir in the New World “ directed by Catherine Tatge. It had a cameo appearance in the 1972 film, “What’s Up, Doc?” directed by Peter Bogdanovich. It has appeared on scouting reports for magazines shoots, Victoria’s Secret Christmas Catalog, and other film considerations.
