Views to the west stretch 145 miles away with Sacramento in the distance, views to the east include the Sierra Crest with snowcapped peaks about 35 miles away.
The upper portion of this property has the small residence with the party/view terrace, open terrain/gentle slopes and ample flat/level parking for 50+ vehicles (located 300' away from the view areas.
The lower portions of the property is forested with partial views, trails and small roads, three staging areas for small/medium trucks and several old gold mine tunnels.
Access is via 1-mile of gravel road/driveway off the end of paved Casa Loma Road which is Exit 146 (the Alta exit off of Interstate 80). Total of 3.5 miles from that freeway to the Ranch hilltop.
