1920’s Folk Victorian historic home originally built in Echo Park in 1927 and moved to it's current location in Venice Beach’s Silver Triangle in 1949. Home has been painted in historic colors.
Outside: Private front yard shielded from street with very tall hedge and locking Tiger wood and iron gate. Exterior gate is charming entryway with large mailbox and sharing library. Inside, front garden is astroturf and potted plants with large Victorian door entering onto a multi-paned enclosed foyer. Private back garden is nearly half the lot with natural slate stone pavers and concrete nested by large fruit and avocado trees. On one side, is mini-house looking shed with glass doors and smaller bike shed all painted in same historic colors. Tulip Magnolia tree is next to house with adjacent outdoor shower. Back entrance is remote controlled even with alley and easy loading.
Inside: The home is 3/2 with a medium sized, light and airy living room. Kitchen offers laminate flooring, ivory tile countertops and pale rose cabinets with depression era green glass pulls with four seat bar overlooking the dinning room. Dinning room has an upright piano and original 1920’s built in bar with mission style glass doors. Harwood floors thought bottom floor.
Upstairs offers two carpeted bedrooms with adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have characteristic slanted vaulted ceilings and warm white paint. Main bedroom is large and airy with lots of natural light. Second bedroom is small and cozy with high ceiling.
