Usage Restriction: Special Filming Conditions for Los Angeles County Beaches These conditions have been drafted by the Los County Department of Beaches & Harbors to help facilitate filming on Los Angeles County Beaches. i A City of Malibu permit is required in addition to the FilmL.A. still photo film permit. Only still photography or small film shoots with hand-held equipment will be allowed. Groups no larger than 10 (including cast and crew) will be allowed. No trucks larger than 40 feet will be allowed in the parking lot. A total of 25 parking spaces are allowed. Only one 40-foot truck is allowed in the lot.
