Site Condition: We purchased this site, the former engineering and manufacturing facility for C.F. Braun, with the clear vision of creating an idyllic 'urban community' filled with a diverse representation of industry and activity. We place great value in the creation of spaces and communities that honor the individual as well as the group. Throughout each phase of concept and development, from office to retail and in future, residential, integral to the design are spaces which foster both a connection to nature and a connection to others.
