The building will be constructed using conventional materials and methods. It will consist of a four-story Type V wood frame and integral colored structure. The living units are finished in painted drywall, carpet and resilient flooring. Amenities include plastic laminate cabinets and countertops, six panel hardboard doors, fiberglass tub shower units and low water consumption toilets. Windows are dual glazed with wood surrounds and vinyl mini-blinds. The roof is a multi-ply built up system. The garage deck structure shall be constructed of pour in place concrete floors, decks and columns with concrete block (CMU) and shotcrete walls.
