Designed by HOK San Francisco, the CalSTRS building is a sail-shaped, 300-ft-tall tower (14 floors) featuring 406,000 sq ft of office space. Wrapped around the podium of the tower is a 1,000-stall parking garage. CalSTRS primary responsibility is to provide retirement related benefits and services to teachers in public schools and community colleges.
