Description:
Formerly an old railroad trestle built around 1915 to 1916 during the redwood logging period. In 2007 it was converted into a pedestrian walkway and is considered a local icon of the city of Fort Bragg. A paved pedestrian and bike path takes place of the long vanished railroad, beginning northwards from the trestle for 2 miles and into MacKerricher State Park.
