Description:Built in 1898, The Newland House is the oldest residence in the City of Huntington Beach. The attached Newland Barn has 1100 sq. ft. of indoor space and 136' x 104' of lawn space. A gazebo is located on the lawn as well as a brick cactus and succulent garden. Shooting at the Newland House is ideal for period pieces.
