The 1921 Greek Amphitheatre is still one of the best examples of the classical Greek style in Southern California. Barnum Hall a full sized art moderne theatre was built by the Works Progress Administration in 1937. The theatre is a fully equipped operational venue. The History Building is featured in “Rebel Without A Cause” staring James Dean. Several classrooms have vintage black chalkboards or green boards along with contemporary dry erase boards. There is a large inventory of vintage looking and contemporary looking classrooms of all sizes. There is a full size vintage looking gymnasium with classic wood benches.
