This 6 story historical building is located near the 10 and 110 freeways and only a few blocks from the Convention Center, Staples Center, in Downtown L.A. It is located on the corner of Oak St. and Washington Blvd, a few blocks West of Figueroa on Washington Blvd. It is a corner building in a cul de sac. It was built in 1924 for the Mason's and originally called 'The Odd Fellows Temple'. Later it was known as 'Casa España' then 'Casa Camino Real', and 'Odd Fellow Temple'. It is basically empty with some furniture. It has 5 ballrooms, all with hardwood floors and high ceilings in most rooms. On the ground floor is the first huge two story ballroom with a balcony/mezzanine overlooking the dance floor; additional large ballroom with a balcony on two sides; 3 additional smaller ballrooms on various floors; a theatre/stage; two large high ceiling rooms, which can be used to look like conference rooms; a penthouse, set up to look like a two bedroom apt with fabulous views of the city (furnished) and opens up to the rooftop.
