Description:This elementary campus located a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean and the 10-Freeway is a location gem tucked away in Santa Monica. The California modern front entrance could be the entrance to an office building, city administration building, school building, or housing complex. Many of the interior hallways could be any hall way USA. This campus also has a flat floor multi use auditorium and stage that could be used as a location for a school or community room. A very traditional looking school library and school main office is at your disposal. Handball courts, playground equipment and basketball courts are accessible outside.
