The Mediterranean-style home is part of our 160-acre vineyard estate. We are just 1.5 miles from the West Entrance to the Pinnacles National Park, America’s 59th National Park.
Site Condition:The beautiful vistas, and sunsets, the starry night sky, the peaceful sounds of nature, and the scent of the wild grasses make this a unique place to come for rest and relaxation. Take a stroll through our vineyards and sample wine grapes ripening on the vines just before harvest. Our vineyard, Brosseau Vineyard, is comprised of 45 acres in the Chalone Appellation of Monterey County, California. Grape varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet, Chenin Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. Brosseau Wines are available for purchase.
