Description:+/- 800 square foot full-service coffee shop located in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District on Lankershim Blvd. between Magnolia and Weddington. A creative and independent vibe make this the perfect location for any shot set in a local coffee house or meeting spot. High ceilings (25+ feet) easily accommodate raised lighting, cameras, etc. Earth-tone colors appear in the interior, with wood furniture. A 16' x 12' chalk mural located in the rear of the shop, which is created by a local artist and changes every 4 months. Art releases are provided at no cost to production.
