Description:Two-story rooftop of a six-floor historical building. Located in the heart of the Fashion District - next to the Cooper building, Newmart, and California Market center. Views include views of the Los Angeles city skyline, the fashion district, and the more laid-back side of town to the east. Ideal for photo shoots, and filming. About 5,000 Square feet. Restrooms available on 5th floor. Freight elevator + Passanger elevator. Built in 1929 to serve the needs of the fashion district's many designers and manufacturers, today this historically preserved building serves as a hub of creativity - offering studios, showroom spaces, as well as event spaces to fit the ever-changing demographics and activity of this well sought-after location. Show Rooms Design Space Office Space Event Space We welcome the opportunity to host your events. In our main lounge we offer accommodations for up to 100 people. The types of event options range from small weddings, yoga sessions to production sites and everything in between.
Site Condition:Access to electricity. Free parking for bookings of 8+ hours. Maximum capacity is 20 persons - if you need more please ask. Parking: street metered parking available (free after 6PM), outdoor parking lot available right behind the building with alley access, indoor parking available at the end of the block inside the Cooper Building. Special arrangements can be provided - please ask. Operating hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday *** 9:30 AM - 5 PM Sunday. Anything outside of operating hours will require an extra $20 per hour, cash to be paid to onsite manager. Please note: Slight changes from the photos - mainly the graffiti has been removed, and the walls are now painted clean.

Set up and clean up costs must be accounted for. Events must be Private. Food and beverage are permitted. No alcohol. Capacity 25 people- anything above will be charged per head.
