Description:Our 100-acre farm has a gorgeous landscape of crop and pastureland. The Alder creek runs through it with an addition of 10 acres of wilderness; thick with unspoiled and untouched cypress and Monterrey pines. There is a yurt on the property as well as a silver bullet trailer and a rustic, 2-bedroom farmhouse. Adding to its charm is our roaming livestock with currently six Belted Galloway cows, two donkeys, 6 sheep, 150 hens (including two roosters) and 100 meat chickens. Surrounding us are sights of our grazing cattle neighbors, the ocean, and our area’s famous Point Arena Lighthouse. The farm is about 1/8 miles from the coastline. We have areas that are wind protected. There is an upper orchard of 300 cider trees and two lower cleared areas for spring and summer crops. There is a new Kubota tractor and an ATV available for further exploration of our land. We’re open to having them rented as a prop. We also have a yurt and greenhouse.
