The location requires no city permit fees for filming and offers: Easy access and load in/out to shooting locations Extra space for video village, production, talent, hair/makeup and craft services Patio space for catering and crew meals Plus a 100,000 sq.ft. parking lot that can accommodate trucks, equipment and trailers.
