Our new and light-filled 3600 sq ft home is the ideal location for filming for any project requiring a fresh-appearing, Cape-cod style house. There is a lovely backyard area, BBQ island, and pool. The master bedroom suite is palatial and unique. Of great benefit to any project requiring a uniform-appearing neighborhood, is that there is a nearly identical, mirror-image white house next door (see last picture), whose owner we are very close to and would OK inclusion of her house in the shots. We are within a few miles of all the major studios. We are both very flexible people, easy to work with, and would love to see our house on the big screen!
