Description:"80-acre secluded desert ranch property with over 40 acres of dry lake bed and small dunes, 2-acre well fed lake with old boats and large A-frame shade structure, an old style saloon, large kitchen area for crew use or filming off of the saloon, bunk house with 6 separate bed rooms (no overnight stays currently allowed but they can be used for filming), old horse stable (no horses onsite currently), old horse corrals, post-apocalyptic looking junk yard just past the buildings on the property."
Site Condition:Established by the Lynch family more than 50 years ago, Roughout Ranch is a piece of history in the landscape of the Mojave. The ranch has been a legendary destination for parties and music events throughout the years. It was once a working ranch with cattle who would graze in the nearby BLM land. Spike Lynch and his father Vernon also bred and trained horses using their own gentle horsemanship techniques. The ranch was purchased by Amber Bradberry in March 2017 with plans to keep the Lynch family dream alive at the ranch. The property features a rustic bunkhouse converted from stables, a saloon, a private lake with an outdoor bar/patio and loft and two fire rings among the features that people love about Roughout.
