Description:Peppermint Falls Ranch is a picturesque 320 acre privately owned ranch inholding 100% surrounded by Sequoia National Forest located on Peppermint Falls, about 30 miles north of Kernville, CA. This 150 foot year round waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in SoCal, and it is the largest waterfall in SoCal accessible from privately owned land. Most of the ranch lies in a valley that resembles a smaller version of Yosemite, complete with granite dome and falls. The ranch is entirely accessible by paved road and a private gated 2 mile paved driveway. The property also has a helipad and hanger that facilitates access from the Los Angeles area via a 1 hour flight. There are several cabins, a log home, and a workshop on the premises. Peppermint Creek runs through most of the property and cascades down large waterfalls into the Kern river off the southwest corner of the property. A private trail off the SW property line provides access down to the Kern River.
