Description:The Muckenthaler 18-room mansion was built by Walter and Adella Muckenthaler in 1924 on eight acres located atop a hill in Fullerton. Designed by architect Frank Benchley, the Italian Renaissance-style structure is reminiscent of buildings constructed for San Diego’s 1915 Exposition in Balboa Park. In 1999 the Muckenthaler mansion received designation by the National Register of Historic Places. There is ample free onsite parking, an onsite catering partner, and a brand new in 2024, a 3000sq ft classroom space that could be a staging area/production offices. Museum Facilities: Exhibition Hall, Auditoriums, Gallery, Classrooms. Building Size: More than 7000 sq.ft.
