Modern home with floor to ceiling windows and glass front door giving a view to the center courtyard and backyard pool. Main house is 2 stories and features an open floor plan, white kitchen, high ceilings, and a beautiful & grand chandelier system in the foyer. The courtyard has artificial grass and the sliding doors and pocket doors that make it very airy and bright. Our pool is a rectangle with an attached lap pool and hot tub. Outside there is also a spacious, artificial grass balcony with a bridge leading to the fire pit and a black spiral staircase going down to the pool. The outside also has a basketball court on the side and a dryscape in the front. We also have a 2 story pool house. The first floor is a large open space, and the second floor is our dance studio/work out space with large mirrors. Please be aware that there is a $300 cleaning fee. Thank you!
