Founded by the Dobbins brothers in 1849. The town of Dobbins is the site of a hotel and store that was a celebrated trading point in pioneer days. A beautiful rural town dotted with historical buildings, country stores, and modern schools and churches. A small wooden footbridge across from the school echoes the footsteps of the attending children. A great small-town location 31 miles northeast of Marysville.
