Description:Shanghai Garden Park and Boat Ramp is a park in Yuba City that comprises the Shanghai Bend Unit of the Feather River State Wildlife Area. It is located on the west bank of the Feather River and just south of Shanghai Bend, at the far east end of Shanghai Bend Road. It features restrooms and a paved parking lot. It is sometimes known as Shanghai Bend Park. The Feather River Levee Bike Trail runs between Northgate Drive and Shanghai Garden Park. Shanghai Garden Park features a basketball court, playground, water feature, a short walking trail, and plenty of space to toss a frisbee, kick a soccer ball or just relax with a picnic or book. "
