Jasmine and rose bushes surround the perimeter of the orchard where bird feeders hang. Some of the largest salmon and trout can be caught just off the beach. The boat launch ramp is a 5 minute drive or you can launch right from the beach. A 10 minute boat ride through China Rapids will take you to a pristine Iron Canyon with water flowing from Payne's Creek and hot springs across the Sacramento river.Deer turkey roam the property and Bald Eagles can be seen frequently along the beach. The property is equipped with a shooting range for target practice, archery, and skeet shooting. The REED RIVER RANCH is 10 minutes from the Sacramento River Bend Recreation Area where you can experience numerous hiking, mountain biking, and horse trails. Whiskeytown Lake is only 45 min away with incredible fishing or just relaxing on the beach. For a little adventure whether it's hiking the trails or just taking in the beautiful scenery, Burney Falls is only 1 hour, 42 minutes away. Supervised access to a Willie 21' river boat, John Deere tractor, Polaris Ranger side by side, 2 Can Am ATV's, and 2 mountain bikes may be available for an additional fee.
