Description:A unique venue that hovers above the infamous Sunset Strip, designed as a luxury European-style penthouse consisting of five unique rooms: The Main Lounge plays homage to a petite ballroom with a large marble bar, Tudor windows, wood floors, and decorative moulding. The Den-- A dark and moody room with black velvet couch, black alligator print wallpaper, leather and French chairs fusing a sophisticated mix of elegance with rock n roll. The Boudoir- A feminine and fanciful sitting room with a midcentury pink sofa, bejeweled tables, and a standing chandelier art piece. The Tasting Room contains a small intimate bar surrounded by sheer curtains and European candelabras, paralleled by large Tudor doors that swing open to connect with the garden. And, finally, the Garden Patio is highlighted by gold velvet curtains, a green ficus wall, patio couches, planters, a fire pit and fountain, all under the coverage of a protective shade sail. The venue abuts our private parking lot where a catering truck and generator can be placed, and there are two additional parking lots immediately behind that offer access to another 120 spaces. Load-in access is through the back parking lot and is at street level. *All artwork and mirrors are hung by a gallery rail system that make it very easy to change, remove, and hang art. Upon request, our artwork can be removed and stored in our attic and switched out for custom content. Alternately, you may also place printed clings/low tack vinyl onto the mirrors, making use of the antique frames to display film approved content.
