Description:Fred's diner is and museum offers quintessential 50's themed diner that includes vintage memorabilia and a display of classic cars from the era. This Historic building was repurposed in 2018 to honor the legacy of Fred E. Bowden- and his passion for classic cars. The second level is comprised of two residential lofts and a rooftop patio. The 2bed/2bath lofts are normally occupied by tenants and filming in those locations is subject to approval. Other notable building and location features include Private parking, rollup door (easy access for production), Adjacent to large public park, Muti-use property with 2 residential loft & Flex commercial space. The city of Monrovia has many historical homes and diversity amongst the architectural styles which help to provide more prime locations for production.
