Description:
Two story single family residence in a residential neighborhood on a Cul-De-Sac. Backyard has a modern pool and jacuzzi with a waterfall. There is a Tiki bar area and an outdoor television that can be viewed from all areas in the backyard but closest to the jacuzzi .On each end of the pool are large urns where water flows out of the front and fire comes out of the top. In addition a rectangular fire pit sits in front of the pool area. The hill behind the waterfall is a two story turf landscaped terrace area complete with black and white striped umbrellas plus various modern decorated seating areas. The terraced areas are approximately one hundred feet long and six feet wide. The two story seating areas on the hill include bistro seating, lounge seating, and bar stool area seating. Higher up on the hill are steps leading to a view area complete with views to Catalina Island and the downtown Los Angeles harbor area on a clear day. The backside of the house has been used to project movies where guests can view from all levels of the terraced and ground seating levels. One side of the backyard also has an outdoor built-in barbeque area with bar seating all around the huge tiled bar. This is a second bar area. **The video has the backyard couch covered and the T.V. was not yet installed when the video was shot.... However, the attached picture shows the TV under the canopy and near the jacuzzi. New TV has been added to the backyard by the pool on the wall of the garage. We do have a 1931 Model A Coupe and belong to local Model A Clubs if these type of cars are needed for a production
