Castaic Lake RV Park is a privately owned and operated campground. The same 4 families have owned the park since 1977. Our park is approximately 12 acres. and was originally a KOA (Campground of America). Since 1980, it has operated as Castaic Lake RV Park with 94 permanent campsites, 7 short term RV campsites, 3 temporary overflow campsites and 378 RV Storage spaces. We have a year-round heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry facilities, office, store, and propane station. There are an abundance of shade trees and grass areas for our visitors and residents to enjoy. Our A frame main building is quite unique and has a wonderful retro look. You definitely feel as though you are traveling back in time. It is updated inside, but the outside has been kept to its original beauty, while being carefully maintained. We have recently created a dry riverbed feature next to the main building, which ties in perfectly with the overall feel. Our property has a large 2-acre multi use grass area located in the front of the property, which can easily be used for a base camp and crew parking on site. We have plenty of available electrical plug-in options at our short-term sites in the front of the park, as well as the main building. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind property. We are also incredibly easy to get to. We are simply a block off the 5 freeway, using the Parker Avenue exit. We are 5.7 miles from Santa Clarita Studios.
