Parking: Street parking at curb in front of home. Parking is generally available in front of the home. If parking in front of a neighbors house is needed, please be sure to pull all the way forward to keep open space in front of their homes. Outside catering is permitted. Extra Perks? Yes! An Entertainment Pantry! A pantry stocked not with food...with playing cards, board games and puzzles! Minimum stay, 4 hours. Available weekdays. Owner is open to discussing weekend needs. Additional furniture, removing or replacing furniture, alterations or decorations are not permitted unless approved by the property owner. The owner lives on the property as well at the back. No Smoking or Drugs allowed inside or outside property. Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Occupancy Limits: To reasonably accommodate filmmakers, etc. to this space and prevent undue strain on utilities and wear and tear on the property and its contents, no more than 6 people allowed. Owner is open to discussing larger occupancy needs if needed. No overnight stays for cast or crew unless approved by the owner. The bedroom will be locked.
